Biography
Instrumental in the early growth of the Property Finance division at Westpac
New Zealand, Wayne has spent more than 30 years in the sector, earning a
respected market presence and far-reaching professional network. As Head of Business Development for Property Finance at Westpac, Wayne was responsible for growing the division’s loan book with a focus on origination, deal structuring, credit risk, pricing and relationship management.

Biography
With over 15 years in Westpac New Zealand’s Property Finance team, most
recently as the Head of the division, Sheridan has a ground-up knowledge of New Zealand’s property finance landscape. Accountable for the management of a $5+ billion loan book, alongside the operational aspects of a national team, Sheridan possesses a depth of expertise highly respected
across the industry.

Biography
Tom has sharpened his property finance acumen over a nine year tenure with Westpac New Zealand - seven of which were spent alongside Wayne Gibbens and Sheridan Hunt in the Property Finance division. As Property Finance Manager, Tom supported some of Westpac’s largest property
clients with funding across all property classes including complex structure and security arrangements.
